10 year anniversary booking promotion

Through exclusive arrangement with our sister company in Czech Republic we are offering a special booking promotion that allows travel agents to earn an 8 Day Prague Tour.


 Rules:
 

  1. Each agent that books $80,000 of travel with La Boheme Tours in a 12 month period will earn the 8 day Prague Tour for one person. Estimated value $1,500. Airfare is not included.
  2. One guest may travel with the travel agent for 50% off the standard rate of the tour at the time the travel voucher is redeemed. Guest booking must be made when the travel voucher is redeemed and must be paid in full at that time. Airfare is not included.
  3. Each travel agent 12 month period begins on the travel agents next booking. Your 12 month period must start before October 31, 2008.
  4. Only one tour can be earned in your 12 month period.
  5. A voucher for the tour will be issued as soon as commission is paid on the $80,000 volume of bookings.
  6. This promotion only applies to new booking after June 1, 2008 and before October 31, 2009 or the end of your 12 month period whichever comes first.  The promotion is not applicable to canceled booking that are rebooked or prior bookings that are adjusted.

 Travel Agency Policy and Procedures
 

  1. All travel agencies must adhere to all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of travel products.
  2. Any commissions are paid 30 days after your passengers return. This allows us the required time to make any adjustment related to possible changes in the travel plans.
  3. All commissions will be paid in the name of the travel agency.
  4. Travel agencies must supply the following items to qualify for commission.
  • Entity legal name, state of legal registration, federal tax ID
  • Copy of local business license
  • Address where commissions will be sent.
  • Branch manager name and phone number
  • CLIA, ARC, TRUE or IATAN number
